  • Mail
    Your mail will be delivered to either the north or south entrance mail/bus kiosk. These kiosks are lighted all night for your safety and convenience. To obtain your mailbox keys, simply stop by the U.S. Post Office located in Windsor at 215 6th Street. Be sure to take a photo ID and proof of residence when picking up your keys. Your closing packet will have the necessary documents, if you are not sure of what to bring.
  • Trash Service
    In the interest of neighborhood safety and reducing road wear and tear, Ram Waste has been selected as the only approved trash collection company to service Highpointe Estates. Collection is every Friday, and your trash container should be at curbside by 7:00 a.m. Ram Waste provides their customers with a large, 95-gallon, portable waste container on wheels. Trash collection fees are billed directly to all customers, except the patio home owners. Trash collection fees for patio homes are included in their annual fees. To begin your service, contact Ram Waste at 970-226-3396.
